The Role
- Provide technical expertise for critical, high-volume fraud prediction applications.
- Analyze customer requests for fraud rule changes, offering feedback on solution capabilities.
- Design and implement effective rule strategies to address customer needs.
- Develop and deploy rule changes within an agile framework.
- Validate rule changes against transaction data to ensure quality.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
- Experience with IBM Operational Decision Manager (ODM) software.
- Proven experience delivering technical solutions aligned with business and product strategies.
- Familiarity with custom software application development, agile methodologies, and test automation.
- Strong background in object-oriented architecture and design; Java experience preferred.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Salary : $115,000 - $184,000
