You will be a subject matter expert on corporate accounts payable processes, providing essential support and driving continuous improvement in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the LATAM Non-trade Accounts Payable Manager in implementing Global Systems and Compensating Controls initiatives.
- Perform thorough reviews of Compensating Controls and assist with all facets of the LATAM Accounts Payable implementation.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on global corporate accounts payable processes and relevant supporting tools, including Treasury Kyriba, Circulus, and the JDE Accounts Payable Module.
- Conduct training sessions, create and maintain standard operating procedure (SOP) documentation, and contribute to special projects as required.
- High School Diploma and 3 years of related experience in Accounts Payable or a similar role.
- Multilingual – fluent in English and Spanish.
- Advanced Excel skills, including proficiency with VLOOKUP and pivot tables.
- Proven ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams.
