Digital Program Manager

The Role

• Lead large-scale digital transformation and modernization programs.
• Manage Oracle ERP implementation, enhancement, or integration projects, with a preference for Oracle Fusion.
• Develop and maintain strategic roadmaps, program plans, resource forecasts, and portfolio priorities.
• Partner with business leaders, product owners, and technology teams to align initiatives with long-term business goals.
• Drive program governance activities, including financial planning, risk management, and executive reporting.
• Lead global teams across multiple regions while ensuring alignment and collaboration.
  
  

What You'll Need

• 10 years of program management experience leading large-scale digital or technology initiatives.
• 7 years of experience leading Agile or Scaled Agile programs and cross-functional teams.
• Experience managing Oracle ERP projects (implementation, upgrades, integrations, transformations), with Oracle Fusion preferred.
• Experience working within a global manufacturing environment.
• Strong systems integration experience involving enterprise platforms and third-party technologies.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
