Business Analyst

The Role

• Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into clear functional and technical specifications.
• Define detailed stories and epics, with applicable acceptance criteria in collaboration with product owners, SMEs, and development teams.
• Build datasets and visualizations to support reporting and analytics, performing data extraction, cleansing, and transformation.
• Document current processes, design improved future-state workflows, and establish governance for key data domains.
• Execute engineering activities including requirements analysis, planning, integration, testing, documentation, and system evaluation.
• Mentor junior team members and support overall project delivery in an Agile, cross-functional environment.
  
  

What You'll Need

• An active TS/SCI clearance is required for consideration.
• Willingness and ability to complete and maintain additional customer suitability screenings.
• Current Security certification or higher/equivalent.
• 4-8 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree, or 8-12 years with a Bachelor's (or 6 with a Master's) depending on job level.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
• Demonstrated experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum).
