Role: PUR Sourcing Associate
Location: Maplewood, MN(4 days per week Onsite, 1 remote)
Duties:
The Sourcing Associate will support a large-scale contract migration project, including:
- Contract validation and metadata review
- Data mapping and migration template preparation
- Issue resolution prior to contract migration
- Development of processes to improve project speed, accuracy, prioritization, and stakeholder engagement
- Post-migration support activities and P20-related work
Key Qualifications
- Experience in sourcing, procurement, contract management, supplier management, legal operations, or data migration
- Strong understanding of contract documents and contract attributes
- Ability to review contracts and identify key metadata, dates, obligations, and signatures
- Strong Excel and data management skills
- Experience with data cleanup, validation, mapping, and template preparation
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage high-volume work and tight deadlines
