These are complex, ground‑up towers requiring an experienced superintendent who understands vertical construction, sequencing, logistics, and life‑safety in dense urban environments.
The Opportunity
- Lead day‑to‑day field operations on luxury high‑rise projects
- Manage subcontractors, schedules, inspections, safety, and quality control
- Drive production from structure through finishes and turnover
- Work closely with Project Executives and ownership to maintain aggressive schedules

Ideal Background
