Personal & Household Support
- Run personal errands as requested, including shopping, pickups, deliveries, returns, and miscellaneous tasks
- Support household logistics such as scheduling vendors, coordinating services, and following up on home‑related needs
- Maintain organization of personal items, materials, and spaces as needed
- Assist with basic setup and troubleshooting of personal technology and devices
- Be regularly present on‑site to support day‑to‑day needs at the CEO’s residence
General Support
- Act as a point of contact for drivers, vendors, household staff, and service providers as needed
- Assist with occasional personal correspondence or simple follow‑ups at the CEO’s request
- Handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned, adjusting priorities as needed
- Maintain strict confidentiality, discretion, and professionalism at all times
Scheduling & Day‑of Support
- Assist with executing elements of the CEO’s personal schedule (appointments, reservations, activities)
- Make restaurant reservations and personal bookings at the CEO’s direction
- Ensure the CEO has what she needs for daily appointments, meetings, and personal commitments
Transportation & Travel Support
- Arrange and coordinate transportation, including drivers, car services, flights, and trains
- Support trip logistics such as confirmations, timing, directions, and packing assistance when requested
- Accompany the CEO locally or domestically to provide logistical support during travel, meetings, or events
