We’re Hiring: Lead Estimator – Commercial Construction
Are you an experienced estimator with a passion for precision and leadership? Our dynamic design/build construction team is looking for a Lead Estimator to take charge of cost estimating, bid preparation, and project budgeting across all phases (SD, DD, CD).
What You’ll Do:
✔ Develop and manage execution plans for estimating tasks
✔ Mentor and guide junior estimators
✔ Oversee bid efforts and ensure accuracy in cost estimates
✔ Collaborate with internal teams and subcontractors
✔ Stay ahead of industry trends and market conditions
What We’re Looking For:
✅ Expertise in structural, civil, fire protection, and MEP estimating
✅ Strong leadership and analytical skills
✅ Proficiency in estimating software
✅ 5–10 years of experience in construction estimating
✅ Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture (preferred)
