Global Category Director

Salary: $200–220k full benefits 401k
This position will lead the end‑to‑end strategic sourcing cycle, owning the full 7‑step sourcing methodology — from spend analysis and market research to complex negotiations, supplier performance management, and long‑term category strategy.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading global category strategy and cross‑functional category meetings
- Driving cost‑improvement initiatives with Engineering and R&D
- Managing supplier negotiations, contracts, and performance scorecards
- Ensuring business continuity, compliance, and operational excellence
- Supporting global sites and joint ventures across the organization
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Strong experience in Supply Chain & Category Management
- Technical background in Semiconductor Fabrication
- Experience with chemicals and/or bulk & cylinder gases
- Strong negotiation and financial analysis skills
- Onsite availability
