We are seeking a Supply Chain Strategy Lead – Wells Operations to support strategic initiatives across this companies organziation. This individual will partner closely with regional teams to develop and execute supply chain strategies, enhance supplier relationships, and drive performance improvements across drilling, cementing, and fluids operations. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, operations, and data analytics, requiring strong influencing skills across executive leadership and field teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with regional and functional stakeholders to develop and refine supply chain strategies for wells operations (drilling, completions, cementing, fluids)
- Define and help operationalize Tier 2 supply chain functions, including frameworks, governance models, and execution roadmaps
- Lead advanced supplier relationship management initiatives, building strategic partnerships with key vendors
- Facilitate whiteboarding sessions and working workshops to align on priorities, define solutions, and drive execution
- Analyze operational and supply chain data (including nonproductive time (NPT)) to identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements
- Utilize systems such as WellView and other wells platforms to evaluate performance metrics and operational trends
- Support strategic sourcing and supplier performance frameworks, ensuring alignment to business outcomes and value delivery
- Interface across all levels of the organization, from executive leadership to field operations, acting as a trusted advisor
- Build business cases and help secure leadership alignment and approval on strategic initiatives
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure supply chain strategies are aligned with broader wells and operational
Salary : $50 - $52
