This rapidly growing international nonprofit in Washington, D.C. is seeking a highly skilled Executive Assistant (temporary-to-hire) to serve as a strategic partner to senior leadership during an exciting period of organizational expansion. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level, white-glove executive support to a senior principal, including complex calendar management, meeting coordination, and domestic and international travel arrangements.
- Ensure full meeting preparedness by developing agendas, briefing materials, presentations, and coordinating logistics and technical setup.
- Track deadlines, deliverables, and follow-ups across priorities to ensure timely execution and strong project continuity.
- Support project coordination efforts by helping translate strategic plans into actionable timelines, tracking progress, and maintaining clear communication across stakeholders.
- Serve as a key point of contact, triaging communications and liaising between the principal, internal teams, and external partners.
- Partner with colleagues to strengthen administrative processes and improve overall operational efficiency and workflow consistency.
- Provide support for special projects and events as required.

What We’re Looking For:
- Executive-level experience. You have a minimum of seven (7) years of previous administrative experience supporting senior executives. Experience with international consulting or governmental organizations are a plus!
- Google professional. You have advanced proficiency in Google Workspace and strong comfort with modern digital collaboration tools.
