In this role, you will serve as a key point of coordination for administrative needs across the team—balancing scheduling, office operations, client interactions, and light financial tracking. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complex scheduling for internal and external meetings, appointments, and events, ensuring seamless coordination across stakeholders.
- Respond to client inquiries and requests with professionalism, escalating action items as appropriate.
- Support a broad range of administrative functions, including workflow management, correspondence drafting, event and initiative coordination, and office hospitality (e.g., lunches and visitor experience).
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, itineraries, and expense reconciliation.
- Create a polished, welcoming experience for clients, guests, and visitors to the office.
- Extend assistance and services related to project requests and initiatives as assigned.
- Manage office operations and procedures to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency.
- Assist with basic accounting tasks such as invoicing, expense tracking, and budget management.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and equipment and liaise with vendors as needed.
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain a high level of confidentiality.
- Perform general administrative duties such as filing, scanning, data entry, and document organization.
