Job Summary
The Paid Media Manager is responsible for managing Hawke Media’s paid media
marketing efforts to promote Hawke to prospective clients and generate new leads and
clients for the agency. Their ultimate objective is to grow and scale our paid media
accounts by driving low costs per lead and client acquisition cost while increasing paid
media spend. This includes the ongoing optimization of campaigns, conducting audience
insights analysis, developing new buyer personas and constant creative testing to reach
new prospective clients, developing custom/multivariate audiences and lookalike
audiences to advance prospects in our target audience through customer acquisition
funnel, crafting ad copy to align with audience targeting, and identifying new
opportunities to grow the brand through various media platforms.
This role will also work closely with the Hawke inbound marketing team to align all paid
media campaign efforts with all marketing channels and optimize the paid media budget.
They should demonstrate excellent critical thinking and communication skills along with
strong proficiency in paid media platforms to evaluate the most efficient and effective
paid media solutions to achieve our client acquisition objectives.

Job Duties:
- Plan, manage and optimize Paid Search campaigns for Hawke Media on Google,
new business for Hawke.
- Plan, manage and optimize Paid Social campaigns for Hawke Media on Facebook,
marketing opportunities to generate new business for Hawke.
- Conducting audience insights analysis, developing buyer personas, and creating
target customer and cater ad copy and creative to each audience.
- Craft appropriate and engaging ad copy for campaigns at each stage of the
creative components are all aligned and optimized.
- Ability to diagnose target audience and consumer trends via analysis in Facebook
device, and performance breakdowns.
- Communicate with the EVP of Growth on a regular basis to report on campaigns
performance.
- Prepare A/B tests across campaign variables (e.g. ads, landing pages, bidding) to
objectives, budget, bids, and optimization for ad delivery for prospecting and
remarketing campaigns that will drive outcomes at the lowest cost.
- Run A/B tests and landing page tests under campaigns with a clear objective in
- Analyze performance data and optimize campaigns to ensure they consistently
- Stay informed with paid media industry best practices, new trends and
account performance.
- Collaborate with and support other members of both the inbound marketing team
synergies. Ensuring that Hawke’s lead generation funnel is cohesive and cogent.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, management, economics, or statistics is preferred
- At least 3 years of Facebook/Instagram marketing and paid social experience is
- At least 3 years of Google Adsand paid search experience is required
- Google Analytics certification required
- Proven track record of success in a previous paid media role, with quantifiable
- Strong verbal and written communication.
- Excellent writing and creative content skills
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
- Superior time management skills, including the ability to handle multiple
changing internal priorities
