We’re seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Fundraising & Investor Relations Lead to drive our capital-raising efforts to a successful close. This role will own and execute all aspects of the fundraising process- from prospect research to LP engagement- while deepening relationships with existing investors.

Key Responsibilities:
Fundraising Project Management
- Own the end-to-end fundraising process, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and team coordination are on track through to close.
- Maintain clear communication with internal stakeholders to align on progress and priorities.
- Build, segment, and score LP target lists with in-depth research on top prospects.
- Execute structured outreach via CRM, email, and LinkedIn.
- Leverage current LP network for introductions, passive asks, and referral incentives.
- Serve as a thought partner to existing LPs to deepen relationships and identify upsell opportunities.
- Organize 1:1 check-ins, customized updates, and strategic engagement plans.
- Manage creation and updates of segmented decks, one-pagers, and firm narrative.
- Customize materials for specific LP segments (family offices, institutions, emerging manager programs).
- Drive LP-focused content strategy including thought leadership, media placements, and regular investor updates.
- Plan and host investor dinners, LP summits, and conference appearances.
- Develop long-term institutional relationships with pensions, endowments, and foundations. Represent the firm at relevant emerging manager programs.
- Track all outreach, LP interactions, and fundraising KPIs in CRM.
- Optimize the fundraising tech stack to streamline workflows and reporting.
- 5 years of experience in fundraising or investor relations, preferably in early-stage VC.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage complex processes end-to-end.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication.
- Experience working with high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and/or institutional LPs.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and investor communication platforms.
