Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Maintain a positive and productive working relationship with Dispatch Manager, Operations Managers and Field Technicians
- Answering Incoming Phones
- Work with Dispatch Manager to schedule service calls and planned preventative maintenance
- Update customers on status of services calls and preventative maintenance requests
- Create/Maintain tickets using internal Dispatch Board
- Maintain Weekly On -Schedule for Field Technicians
- Enter Backflows inspections into Cross Connection Database
- Data Entry of Purchase Orders into Truline
- Call vendors to track down missing invoices
- Run Monthly reports for Operations Managers as needed
- Other duties assigned
- Background experience in administrative duties and customer service preferred
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Self-starter and attention to detail
- Possess a willingness to learn and ability to work well with others
- Good written, phone skills, and oral communication skills are essential to the job
- iSeries (Truline) experience is a plus
