Job Summary – Dispatcher | Mishawaka, IN | $20–$25/hr | Onsite | Contract‑to‑Hire
We are seeking an organized and detail‑oriented Dispatcher to join a growing team in Mishawaka, IN. This onsite, contract‑to‑hire role offers competitive pay at $20–$25/hour and the opportunity to transition into a long‑term position with a stable, well‑established company.
In this role, you will maximize the efficiency of the dispatch board through effective scheduling, real‑time monitoring, and coordination with technicians and customer service teams. You’ll follow up on parts orders, return visits, and open tasks from prior service calls to ensure smooth operations each day. This position also includes coordinating technician on‑call schedules, notifying customers of expected arrival times, and communicating updates if delays occur.
As needed, you’ll serve as a backup for incoming customer calls and work closely with customer service representatives and fellow dispatchers to maintain consistent, high‑quality communication with customers. The ideal candidate brings strong dispatch experience, proficiency in Excel, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.

- Maximize dispatch board efficiency through effective scheduling and ongoing monitoring of the board.
- Follow through on parts ordered, return visits, and any other loose ends from prior days' jobs from technicians.
- Coordinating technicians on call schedules.
- Notifying customers of technicians expected arrival time & following up if there are any unexpected delays.
