Havas Media Network is seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President of Analytics to lead our analytics team on one of our largest pharma accounts. This role requires a seasoned media analytics professional with deep expertise in media reporting, complex analytical techniques, and data-driven strategy development, ideally within the pharma sector. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional client management skills, a proven track record in mentoring high-performing teams, and a strong strategic mindset.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership & Team Management: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of analytics professionals to deliver high-quality media insights and reporting. Foster a collaborative and growth-oriented environment that encourages curiosity, learning, and excellence.
  • Media Analytics Strategy: Develop and oversee the execution of robust analytics frameworks and methodologies tailored to our clients' unique needs. Bring an innovative approach to analyzing media performance, knowing when to integrate complex analytical techniques to deliver deeper insights.
  • Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary analytics contact for key clients. Partner closely with account teams to understand client goals, provide strategic counsel, and ensure alignment between analytics and overall media strategy.
  • Advanced Media Reporting: Drive the development and enhancement of media reporting solutions that provide clients with actionable insights. Leverage data visualization, automation, and advanced analytical tools to streamline reporting processes and elevate the quality of insights delivered.
  • Thought Leadership & Innovation: Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and analytical approaches. Promote innovation within the team and advocate for the application of cutting-edge analytical techniques that enhance media performance and measurement.
  • Collaboration & Cross-Functional Partnerships: Work closely with internal teams, including media planning, data science, digital, and creative, to integrate analytics into the entire campaign lifecycle and drive more effective media outcomes.
  • Data Governance & Quality Assurance: Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance across all analytics processes. Develop and enforce best practices for data management, reporting, and measurement standards.


Qualifications:

  • 10 years of experience in media analytics, with a strong focus on media performance reporting and data-driven strategy development.
  • Proven experience managing and mentoring analytics teams, with the ability to build a positive, inclusive, and high-performing team culture.
  • Strong client management skills, with a demonstrated ability to develop trusted advisor relationships and communicate complex analytical concepts in an accessible manner.
  • Expertise in the pharmaceutical industry is highly preferred, with a deep understanding of the unique regulatory environment and analytical needs.
  • Proficiency in advanced analytics tools and platforms (e.g., SQL, Tableau, Power BI, Crossix, Iqvia, etc.) and familiarity with media-specific tools and platforms.
  • Demonstrated curiosity, kindness, humility, and excitement for leveraging data to drive media effectiveness and client success.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate data into compelling narratives and actionable insights.
