About the Role

The Supervisor of Audience & Data Solutions is a hands-on position focusing on delivering high quality data solutions for our clients, reporting to the Director of Audience & Data Solutions. This role is responsible for data and audience strategy for key accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (insights, planning, activation, and analytics teams) to deliver a high value data offering to clients and to enhance our data capabilities
• Implement client data solutions, ensuring smooth integration of our Converged.AI data, tools, and tech with client tech stacks
• Develop and update sales sheets that effectively communicate our data offering to potential clients
• Create and maintain documentation on our data capabilities for internal and external use
• Oversee the management of activation destinations, ensuring optimal performance and value
• Coordinate data needs between Havas client service teams and data vendors to ensure timely delivery of audiences
• Complete accurate QA to ensure best in class & error free delivery of client data
• First line of support for data delivery and execution issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in data partnerships, advertising operations, partner management, analytics, or related function within the media, advertising, or technology industry
• Strong client service, project management, and data analysis skills
• Strong understanding of the ad tech and martech landscape
• Working knowledge of the travel, electronics, energy and/or CPG data spaces
• Ability to clearly and effectively communicate complex ideas to non-experts
• Ability to work effectively with both technical and business stakeholders
• Experience working with Customer Data Platforms, DMPs, Data Clean Rooms, or CRM systems is a nice to have

Skills

• Performance analysis and reporting
• Project management
• Advanced Excel skills including VLOOKUPs, SUMIFs and Pivot Tables to aid in data reporting and analysis
• SQL or similar query-language proficiency is a nice to have
• Solutions oriented mindset

• Improved performance metrics for existing client data relationships
