ACCOUNT MANAGER, CLIENT EXPERIENCE The Account Manager, Client Experience is a client-centric, highly organized professional with a strong background in media and marketing project execution. They are skilled at fostering strong client relationships, guiding strategic discussions, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of complex, multi-channel campaigns. This role partners closely with the Client Experience Leads and/or the Account Director to drive cross-functional collaboration and ensure team accountability. A solid understanding of media disciplines—such as planning, investment, analytics, and ad operations—is essential. The role requires excellent communication, organizational, and problemsolving skills, as well as the ability to manage timelines, guide teams, and adapt to shifting priorities. Attention to detail and a passion for delivering results are critical for success.
A DAY IN THE LIFE MIGHT LOOK LIKE:
• Support the Client Experience Lead and/or the Account Director by serving as a client contact, building and maintaining trusted relationships and advocating for client needs to ensure expectations are consistently met across internal teams.
• Understand client business objectives and provide strategic guidance to align internal e orts with client goals, identifying opportunities to add value.
• Manage high-volume, complex media projects e ectively.
• Collaborate across teams to deliver multiple media and media technology projects on time and within scope.
• Facilitate cross-functional integration between Media, Creative, and client teams. • Serve as a champion for process adherence and any other governance related work, while maintaining flexibility in a fast-paced environment.
• Lead internal status meetings to track project progress and ensure alignment. • Work closely with internal leads to support the development of external status reports. • Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Foster knowledge sharing and communication across teams to ensure all key stakeholders are informed on project tasks. • Solution oriented mindset, address situations with diplomacy and professionalism, focusing on resolution.
• Contribute to project planning to ensure internal stakeholders understand project timelines and deadlines necessary to meet objectives.
• Provide group support by organizing and attending internal meetings, sharing recaps of discussions and decisions, and following up on team assignments and commitments.
• Develop and articulate processes within decks and documentation.
• Administrative support as required for ad-hoc projects • Work closely with budget analysts and billing estimators to ensure client billing is managed within client specific timelines and guidelines
