Havas Media North America is looking for a Supervisor to join the Analytics Team. As part of our global community of 10,000 team members, we are focused on using Meaningful Media to make a meaningful difference for brands, businesses, and people.
The Supervisor, Analytics, provides leading-edge expertise, methodologies, and delivery of media and marketing measures and analysis. This team is responsible for deriving consumer and marketing insights and recommendations that are both strategic and tactical, optimizing current and future cross-channel media plans with a focus on digital channels. The Supervisor collaborates with office leadership, discipline teams (e.g., integrated planning, mobile, paid search, SEO, social), and creative partners to develop measurement requirements aimed at driving actionable insights for campaign optimization. Analysis is based on user-level campaign data and measurement tools (e.g., landing page testing, auditing tools, web analytics).
A DAY IN THE LIFE MIGHT LOOK LIKE:
- Establish online media measurement strategies for both digital and offline media campaigns, implementing appropriate testing methodologies while working directly with clients and internal/external agency partners.
- Partner with media and AdOps teams to assess campaign technical measurement and data requirements (e.g., tagging, web analytics coding).
- Collaborate with internal investment and planning teams to develop new analysis and cross-media reporting.
- Monitor and analyze performance through campaign dashboards and readouts, providing strategic optimization recommendations.
- Present measurement recommendations and campaign results to clients.
- Mentor a team of analysts and specialists to develop their analytical expertise and support their career growth.
- Evaluate category vendors to determine their appropriateness for campaign measurement requirements and budgets, managing relationships to extract value.
- Promote process and organizational efficiency through automation.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED/SKILLS:
- 3-5 years of experience in media, analytics, or business intelligence (focused on analytics), with progressive levels of responsibility; agency experience is preferred.
- Excellent understanding of the online advertising ecosystem and performance metrics. Experience in media/digital advertising is strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple workstreams and team members to meet deadlines.
- Experience in building client deliverables such as wrap-up reports, tactical measurement plans, and presenting to clients.
- Ability to effectively oversee and guide a small team.
- Excellent organizational, written, and communication skills.
- Expertise in collecting, analyzing, synthesizing, and visualizing data.
- Strong ability to judge and quantify advertising results and derive actionable insights from this information.
- Proficient in measurement tools (e.g., Google Analytics, reporting dashboards) and partnerships (e.g., DISQO, Circana, Adelaide), including vendor analysis, implementation, and result analysis.
