About the Role:
External Payment Services is looking for a Technical Program Manager to drive projects for new consumer-facing payment products. You’ll work at the intersection of business and technology, ensuring secure, reliable, and high-performing delivery while collaborating across teams.
Responsibilities:
- Lead projects from planning to deployment, balancing business needs with technical constraints
- Provide escalation management and anticipate trade-offs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative products
- Define requirements, plan delivery, and design features
Required Skills:
- Experience with embedded systems or devices
- Hardware test systems or Hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) experience
- Software release process knowledge
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders
