About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Project/Program Manager IV to lead cross-functional initiatives, drive operational excellence, and deliver strategic programs from inception through execution. This role requires a highly organized program manager with strong analytical capabilities, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Lead and manage complex cross-functional programs from planning through successful execution.
- Develop program strategies, establish milestones, and ensure delivery against timelines and business objectives.
- Partner with technical and non-technical stakeholders to coordinate priorities and remove execution roadblocks.
- Analyze operational data using SQL and advanced Excel to identify trends, generate insights, and support business decisions.
- Create executive-level reports, dashboards, and program updates for senior leadership.
- Drive process improvements, automation, and standardization initiatives to improve operational efficiency.
- Investigate operational issues, perform root cause analysis, and independently troubleshoot business requests.
- Define program requirements and translate business needs into scalable operational solutions.
- Monitor risks, proactively escalate critical issues, and ensure accountability across stakeholder teams.
- Measure program success using KPIs and continuously identify opportunities for optimization.
Must-Have Skills
- 5 years of end-to-end program or project management experience.
- Proven experience managing large cross-functional programs with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong data analysis skills with the ability to independently derive business insights.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including:
- Pivot Tables
- VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP
- Nested IF statements
- Multi-criteria lookups
- Array formulas
- Data cleansing and validation
- Working knowledge of SQL for querying and analyzing data.
- Experience using metrics and KPIs to drive operational improvements.
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
- Experience defining program requirements and delivering measurable business outcomes.
