Typical task breakdown:
- Analyze supplier performance metrics including delivery, quality, responsiveness, and cost.
- Monitor and manage procurement-related KPIs and reporting.
- Conduct spend analysis and identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement.
- Maintain procurement systems, supplier records, and purchasing data accuracy.
- Participate in supplier reviews, business updates, and project meetings.
- Drive issue resolution related to supplier delivery, inventory shortages, or process gaps.
Interaction with team:
- Daily collaboration with procurement managers, category leaders, buyers, supply chain planners, and facility teams.
- Regular participation in team meetings, project reviews, and cross-functional discussions.
Team Structure
- Reports to a Facility Procurement Manager.
- Works closely with Procurement Analysts, Category Buyers, Purchasing Representatives, and Supply Chain professionals.
- Supports a broader Strategic Procurement organization focused on supplier management and category execution.
- Engages with manufacturing, engineering, finance, quality, and logistics stakeholders as needed.

Education & Experience Required:
- Years of experience: 2–5 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, supply chain, sourcing, supplier management, operations, business analytics, or a related field; Masters Degree – can accept a year of relevant exp
- Degree requirement: Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, Logistics, or a related discipline.
