📍 Arlington, Virginia- 15 Months- Onsite role
We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to support compliance operations across multiple jurisdictions. This role will focus on coordinating and managing multiple parallel workstreams within a regulated environment, ensuring alignment, documentation accuracy, and timely execution across stakeholders
.🔎 Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple concurrent program workstreams and ensure successful deliver
- Coordinate compliance-related activities across different jurisdictions and regulatory requirement
- Maintain detailed program documentation, status reports, and governance artifact
- Track risks, issues, dependencies, and action items across team
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment and execution
- Provide clear, structured written updates for leadership and program governance
🧠 Required Skill
- Strong experience in Program Management / Project Management / PM
- Ability to manage multiple parallel workstream
- Excellent documentation and reporting skill
- Strong written communication and stakeholder management skill
- Experience working in structured or regulated environment
⭐ Nice to Have
- Experience managing programs across multiple states or jurisdiction
- Exposure to telecommunications, broadband, or infrastructure industries
- Familiarity with regulatory or compliance-driven programs (FCC, USAC, etc.
