Product Service Engineer (TCP/IP)

24 months contract
Typical task breakdown:
Coordinate project with external customer for hardware and virtual audit recommendation
Continuous Product Improvement
Audit customer software and hardware configuration to enhance system performance
Evaluate defect in production products
Advance support for external customer
Additional Technical Skills
Networking experience
Experience utilizing Azure, Linux, SQL Server, TCP/IP networking -
Project management experience.
Experience supporting technology in an industrial or production environment.
Familiar with schematics
Technical Excellence: Product Support experience. Field experience is a plus, and mining experience will set you apart.
-Data Gathering & Analysis: Knowledge of data gathering and analysis tools, techniques, and processes; ability to collect and synthesize data from a variety of stakeholders and sources in an objective manner to reach a conclusion, goal, or judgment.
Education & Experience Required:
- Years of experience: 3- 5 years experience. Experience in NPI and CPI or Validation processes.
- Degree requirement: Degree in IT. Will accept an Associate’s with more years of relevant experience.
Salary : $35 - $37
