Job Description:
We are looking for a detail‑oriented and proactive Professional Services Consultant I to support the delivery and coordination of Learning & Development (L&D) and professional training programs, with a strong focus on virtual and hybrid sessions.
This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth training operations—supporting facilitators, coordinating stakeholders, managing learning platforms, and providing live session support. It’s an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys program coordination, content support, and working closely with facilitators and learners.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage end‑to‑end administrative support for L&D programs, including scheduling, logistics, and communications
- Send and manage training requests, calendar invites, and session reminders; track attendance and responses
- Support and facilitate virtual training sessions via Microsoft Teams, including live session setup, screen sharing, polls, and troubleshooting
- Act as a program coordinator, collaborating with internal stakeholders and external facilitators to ensure alignment
- Support operations on mentoring and learning platforms, including monitoring progress and responding to learner inquiries
- Co‑facilitate sessions and support facilitators during live delivery
- Take ownership of facilitating repeatable or standardized modules over time
- Consolidate, format, and polish PowerPoint training materials for clarity, consistency, and visual impact
- Maintain accurate program trackers and documentation (attendance, evaluations, progress)
- Collect, analyze, and report on training outcomes and effectiveness using Excel and other tools
Required Skills & Experience
- Experience supporting or coordinating training or L&D programs, including virtual/online delivery
- Strong coordination and scheduling skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Teams and virtual facilitation tools
- Advanced skills in Microsoft PowerPoint (presentation design) and Excel (tracking, reporting)
- Strong attention to detail and a problem‑solving mindset
- Experience handling data, reporting, and training evaluations
- Clear communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
Nice to Have
- Experience designing leadership development or professional training programs
- Familiarity with mentoring platforms or LMS tools
Salary : $55 - $65
