- Experience in Onboarding & Offboarding.
- Experience with HR benefits and I-9 process.
- Experience in working with HRIS systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to employee and manager HR inquiries through the employee portal while delivering exceptional customer service
- Support employees throughout the full employee lifecycle including onboarding, benefits, employee changes, and offboarding.
- Resolve HR requests accurately and within established timelines.
- Maintain and improve HR knowledge base content to enable employee self-service.
A reasonable, good faith estimate of the minimum and maximum for this position is $20/hr. to $23.10/hr. on W2.
