Project Manager – Compliance Specialist
📍 Location: Arlington, VA 22202 (Fully Onsite)
📅 Duration: 12 Months (Possible Extension)
Job Description
We are seeking a Project Manager to lead compliance workstreams supporting e-commerce requirements delivery and testing initiatives. This role will coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure regulatory, operational, and product compliance requirements are delivered accurately and on time.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end compliance workstreams across e-commerce/digital platform initiatives
- Manage requirements gathering, validation, and delivery coordination
- Oversee testing coordination (UAT/QA) and ensure compliance readiness before release
- Track project milestones, dependencies, risks, and escalations
- Prepare status updates and executive-level reporting
- Partner with engineering, product, legal, and compliance teams
- Maintain governance using structured tools (Jira, Smartsheet, etc.)
Required Skills
- 4–7 years in Project or Program Management
- Strong experience in compliance, regulatory, or governance environments
- Experience supporting e-commerce or digital platform initiatives
- Hands-on involvement in requirements management
- Experience coordinating testing / UAT / QA activities
- Tools: Jira, Smartsheet, Confluence, or ServiceNow
- Strong communication, ownership, and stakeholder management
Preferred Experience
- Telecom, Big Tech, or highly regulated industries
- Experience in FedRAMP, NIST, SOC, or audit readiness environments
- Background in companies like Amazon, Microsoft, Google, or telecom carriers
- Exposure to structured testing tools (e.g., TestRail)
Salary : $60 - $62
