We are seeking an experienced Salesforce manager to support a growing Professional Services organization within a leading cloud computing environment. This is a high-impact opportunity to drive process innovation, systems optimization, and data-driven decision-making while helping enterprise customers accelerate their cloud transformation journeys.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements

✅ Design and optimize business processes and scalable system solutions

✅ Partner with stakeholders to define short-term and long-term application strategies

✅ Conduct root cause analysis and provide actionable recommendations

✅ Drive data analysis, reporting, and visualization to support decision-making

✅ Perform system audits to ensure data quality and accuracy

✅ Act as a subject matter expert (SME) and deliver training to stakeholders

✅ Support Agile/Scrum development initiatives and large-scale system deployments

Required Qualifications

✔ 5 years of experience in Technical Program Management, Business Analysis, or Systems Design

✔ Strong experience in requirements gathering and process optimization

✔ Expertise in data analysis, stakeholder management, and systems implementation

✔ Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms

✔ Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies

✔ Bachelor's degree

Preferred Qualifications

⭐ Certinia / FinancialForce PSA experience

⭐ Professional Services Automation (PSA) experience

⭐ Experience working in high-growth technology environments

⭐ Master’s degree
