As a Route Delivery Helper, you'll work side‑by‑side with a professional driver delivering and merchandising our beverage products to customers along an established route. This is a team‑oriented role that plays a key part in ensuring our products are stocked, organized, and ready for customers to enjoy. Routes may vary between local locations and occasional out‑of‑town deliveries depending on the day of the week.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the driver in delivering beverage products to customer locations
- Merchandise products by stocking shelves, coolers, racks, and displays
- Load and unload products using hand trucks, delivery carts, and pallets
- Provide friendly, professional customer service to store personnel
- Maintain safety standards and follow company delivery procedures
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
This position is physically active and requires regular lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling of products throughout the workday. Employees will frequently bend, kneel, crouch, and maneuver in small spaces or up and down stairs while delivering and merchandising beverages. Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or GED required
- Must reside in the Bozeman, MT area
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and positive attitude
