Key Responsibilities
- Stock, merchandise, and rotate Pepsi products on shelves, racks, coolers, and displays
- Build and maintain product displays and follow store planograms
- Organize and maintain back stock areas
- Place display and shelf signage as required
- Identify and communicate sales opportunities
- Provide exceptional customer service to retail partners
- Work independently on an established route
- Availability on weekends, holidays, and evenings
- Maintain regular and reliable attendance
Physical Requirements
- Regular lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling
- Frequent bending, kneeling, squatting, and climbing stairs
- Ability to work in tight or confined spaces
Qualifications
- 18 years or older
- Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and current auto insurance
- Experience in retail, merchandising, or beverage stocking is a plus
- Strong communication and customer service skills
