This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with warehouse, logistics, distribution, shipping, receiving, order fulfillment, forklift, inventory, or beverage industry experience who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and taking ownership of their work. As the Night Lead Warehouse Closer, you will play a critical role in ensuring route trucks are accurately loaded and prepared for next-day deliveries while helping maintain an organized, efficient warehouse operation.
In this position, you will work closely with a team throughout the day and take the lead in closing warehouse operations at the end of each shift. Typically, this role starts later in the morning and continues into the evening, making it a great fit for those who prefer a later start time.
What You'll Do
As a Night Lead Warehouse Closer, your responsibilities will include preparing and loading beverage products onto delivery trucks, organizing inventory, moving pallets and products throughout the warehouse, and ensuring all loads are complete and ready for distribution. You will help maintain warehouse safety standards, support daily operational goals, and be responsible for securing and closing the facility at the end of the workday.
This role requires someone who is reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in an active warehouse environment. You should be able to work independently while also collaborating effectively with coworkers and management.
What We're Looking For
Candidates must be at least 18 years old and possess a High School Diploma or GED. Strong communication, teamwork, and basic math skills are important for success in this role. Previous warehouse experience is preferred, particularly within beverage distribution, food distribution, shipping and receiving, logistics, or supply chain operations.
Forklift certification is preferred but not required. Harrington Bottling is happy to provide training and certification for the right candidate.
The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, positive attitude, leadership potential, and a commitment to accuracy and customer service. Experience loading trucks, warehouse picking, pallet handling, inventory management, order selection, or distribution center operations is highly valued.
