Harrington Bottling (HC), a proud, family‑owned Pepsi bottler of Butte, is seeking a full‑time Area Business Manager (ABM) to oversee the Dillon territory. What You'll Do
As an Area Business Manager, you'll be responsible for all aspects of selling, delivery, and team leadership within an established customer territory. Your primary focus will be developing customer relationships while increasing sales and visibility of our diverse beverage portfolio-including soft drinks, sports drinks, teas, energy drinks, coffee beverages, juices, and water.
Key responsibilities include:
- Actively selling and promoting beverage brands to retail customers
- Providing daily direction, supervision, and training to drivers, helpers, and merchandisers
- Ensuring effective delivery, merchandising, and product execution
- Managing schedules, priorities, and peak sales demands
- Supporting other ABM territories when needed
This role requires strong organization skills, the ability to manage multiple deadlines, and a positive, professional approach when working with customers, coworkers, and leadership.
Compensation & Perks
- Base salary: $40,000 per year
- Monthly case sales commissions & brand incentives
- Estimated annual earnings: $50,000 based on performance
- Company‑provided vehicle for work and territory travel
What You Bring
- High School Diploma or GED
- 18 years of age or older
- Ability to lead and manage teams in a fast‑paced sales environment
- Strong sales, customer service, and communication skills
- Basic math proficiency and comfort with written reports
- Previous food or beverage sales and supervisory experience (preferred)
- Must pass background check and drug/alcohol screening
- A valid driver's license is required. Candidate must be able to drive independently.
