As a Driver Helper, you will work alongside a Route Delivery Driver to ensure customers receive products accurately, safely, and on time. You will assist with unloading product, stocking shelves and coolers, building displays, rotating inventory, and maintaining strong customer relationships at each stop. This position provides valuable hands-on experience and offers a pathway to future advancement opportunities within route sales and delivery operations.
What You'll Do
You will help deliver and merchandise beverage products at customer locations throughout the assigned route. Responsibilities include assisting with loading and unloading delivery trucks, transporting products using hand trucks and pallet jacks, stocking shelves and coolers, organizing displays, rotating inventory, recording product movement and spoilage, and learning to use handheld delivery technology.
You will also support the Route Driver in maintaining efficient operations and providing outstanding service to customers. On occasion, you may assist with route coverage when needed.
