Harkcon is seeking a Senior Executive Administrative Assistant to provide high-level administrative and operational support to senior leadership within the DHS Science & Technology (S&T) Directorate. This position is contingent upon Harkcon being awarded the contract and is anticipated to begin in March 2026.
This is a hybrid position, and candidates must be located in or able to commute to the Washington, DC area, as on-site support will be required. Travel funding is not provided.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide executive-level administrative support, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and correspondence
- Prepare, format, and edit reports, briefings, presentations, and other leadership materials
- Conduct research and compile data to support executive decision-making
- Develop and maintain financial and program reports, dashboards, tables, and charts
- Manage and maintain SharePoint content, including announcements, calendars, newsletters, and documents
- Maintain databases and task-tracking tools to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and visibility of action items
- Monitor deadlines and deliverables and provide regular status updates to leadership
- Support audit and data requests by gathering documentation and coordinating with subject matter experts
- Provide surge administrative support during high-volume periods
- Education: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution or equivalent professional experience
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years providing administrative support to senior-level executives
- Skills: Strong written and verbal communication; advanced Microsoft Office and SharePoint proficiency; exceptional organizational skills
- Security: Ability to obtain an affirmative DHS Suitability determination
Salary : $85,000 - $95,000
