What are the responsibilities and job description for the Admin Assistant with DOE Q Clearance (required) position at Harkcon, Inc.?
Onsite work supporting theDept of Energy's Nat'l Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA) in Washington, DC. This office is high profile and fast paced where you will demonstrate your administrative proficiency and ability to support senior level management daily.
Duties include:
- Prepare various briefing materials and books, and develop reports and analytical tools to include side-by-side comparisons and summary document
- Schedule meetings, briefings, and conferences for the program office to ensure that necessary planning and pre-briefs take place for significant office events
- Maintain the calendar for senior management program officials, keeping them and staff members informed of relevant organizational issues and receiving and directing phone calls
- Coordinate and process foreign/domestic travel
- Prepare outgoing correspondence
- Track unclassified correspondence (official and unofficial) through the NNSA eDOCS tracking system
- Process, track, handled controlled and unclassified correspondence/documents
- Provide Records Management and Archival Support
- Receive and pick up mail from various locations
- Sort and distribute mail
- Maintain and submit monthly reports pertaining to office equipment
- Perform escort and parking coordination for visitors
- Enter data in databases
- Participate in annual inventory of property
- General administrative functions
Qualifications (minimum):
- Bachelor's degree 5 years of experience
OR
- High school diploma 9 years of experience
- Experience in high tempo, high visibility officeperforming the above listed duties
- DOE Q clearance
Qualifications (ideal candidate):
- Prior or current DOE administrative experience
