Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepares work to be accomplished by studying prints, preparing machinery setup, and gathering parts and materials.
- Produce parts to print specifications and monitor the machine during the cutting process.
- Verifies specifications by measuring completed components.
- Offload finished parts using an overhead crane, sheet loader, and laser conveyors.
- Resolves problems by altering dimensions to meet specifications and notifying the Production Supervisor to obtain additional resources.
- Assists fabrication with shear, break press, saw, and iron.
- Conserves resources by using equipment and supplies as needed to accomplish each job task.
- Documents actions by completing production and quality forms.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Requirements:
- Metal Fabrication experience preferred.
- Ability to interpret blueprints/shop fabrication drawings.
- Comfortable working with large-size components.
- Experience operating overhead crane equipment.
- Forklift experience.
You'll also need to be able to:
- Lift up to 49 pounds
- Stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts
- Use carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other gear to move items around
- Go up and down stairs (where applicable)

Requirements: Candidates must be 18 years or older with the ability to understand and adhere to all job requirements and safety guidelines.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.75 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
