Position Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for direct-hire positions across various disciplines
- Conduct intake calls and develop strong understanding of client hiring needs
- Source, engage, and attract qualified passive and active talent using multiple channels
- Screen and evaluate candidates for skills, experience, and cultural fit
- Facilitate interviews, feedback, offer negotiations, and closing strategies
- Maintain timely and professional communication with candidates and clients
- Track and manage pipelines, candidate progress, and recruiting metrics in ATS
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with talent and hiring leaders
- Represent the company with professionalism, integrity, and a high-touch approach
Here’s What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of recruiting or staffing experience (direct hire or full-cycle strongly preferred)
- Agency / executive search background a plus
- Demonstrated success sourcing and engaging talent in competitive markets
- Experience managing multiple searches and priorities simultaneously
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
- High motivation, resilience, and drive to meet goals and deliver results
- Ability to operate independently, stay organized, and maintain a strong candidate experience
- Familiarity with ATS, CRM systems, and modern sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter preferred)
- Team-first mindset — collaborates, shares market intel, and supports the collective mission, not just personal wins
