What are the responsibilities and job description for the Fiber Splicer Technician position at HardHat Workforce Solutions LLC.?
HardHat is currently hiring experienced Fiber Technicians in Chandler, Arizona.
**Must be familiar with the Fiber Optic Color Code Chart system**
** Must have experience pulling fiber/terminating/testing *Must have one of the following: Fluke, Corning, ASL, FIBER OTDR experience and/or CAT 5/6 Copper Cabling

Job Scope/Requirements not limited to the following:
- Perform cross-connects using fiber, coaxial, and copper cabling (Cat5e/Cat6)
- Familiar with data center racks and fiber cabling.
- 2 years in a telecom, network operations, or data center environment.
- 2 years pulling fiber optic trunks
- Familiar with working on ladders and scaffolding
