Harbor is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join the Toledo team!
This position is full-time, 40 hours per week.
Education/Experience/Other Requirements
- Associates degree in business-related area or equivalent secretarial experience required.
- Must be able to type well, and be proficient and accurate in computer use, including Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel.
- Requires excellent spelling, grammar and communication skills.
- Ability to work well independently and relate well with a variety of individuals and maintain confidentiality also required.
- Must present in a professional manner, be creative, self-motivated, demonstrate excellent organizational skills, and be a team player.
- Serves as administrative assistant to Executive Assistant as necessary and assistant to others as assigned.
- Maintains all corporate and administrative correspondence and files.
- Assists Executive Assistant to effectively and efficiently perform his/her duties. Activities include but are not limited to: ordering supplies, opening and handling mail, scheduling appointments, maintaining an electronic filing system, greeting guests, screening phone calls, developing documents and correspondence and planning and coordinating meetings/events.
- Assists with all conference room schedules for the Central Avenue Schedules meetings as requested.
- Assist with maintaining record retention file for administration and non-clinical departments.
- Keeps current with trends and developments related to essential job competencies, and demonstrates continued growth.
