Night Auditor/Front Desk Clerk

We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Front Desk Agent to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role is crucial in creating a positive experience for our guests, handling inquiries, and managing reservations efficiently. Duties

• Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor.
• Manage check-in and check-out processes, ensuring accuracy in guest accounts.
• Handle phone inquiries with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
• Assist guests with reservations, modifications, and cancellations as needed.
• Conduct night audits as required, ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded.
• Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions to enhance guest experience.
• Address guest concerns promptly and effectively, maintaining high levels of guest relations.
• Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are ready for guests.
• Maintain the front desk area in an organized and welcoming manner.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role within the hotel or hospitality industry is preferred.
• Strong communication skills with an emphasis on guest services and relations.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse guests.
• Familiarity with hotel management software is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• A professional appearance and demeanor that reflects the standards of our establishment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations calmly.
