Responsibilities
- Perform nightly audit procedures to ensure accurate financial records and reporting
- Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional guest services during overnight hours
- Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently using multi-line phone systems and hotel management software
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and courtesy
- Maintain phone etiquette while managing the front desk operations during night shifts
- Ensure the security of the hotel premises by monitoring guest activities and adhering to safety protocols
- Assist with administrative tasks such as updating guest information, reservations, and billing records
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs promptly
- Uphold hospitality standards by providing a welcoming environment for all guests
Requirements
- Previous experience in hotel management, front desk operations, or hospitality management preferred
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction
