We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas.
- Carry out floor care tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming to maintain cleanliness.
- Sanitize surfaces and ensure all areas meet health and safety standards.
- Launder linens and towels as needed, ensuring they are clean and well-presented.
- Assist with basic cooking tasks when required, following established guidelines for food safety.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages or needs to management.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to guest requests promptly and courteously.
- Conduct carpet cleaning as necessary to maintain the appearance of carpets in the facility.
- Collaborate with housekeeping management to implement best practices in cleaning procedures.
- Perform commercial cleaning duties in various settings as assigned.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial services is preferred but not mandatory.
- Knowledge of floor care techniques and equipment is a plus.
- Familiarity with hotel or commercial cleaning standards is advantageous.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality results consistently.
- Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, walking, lifting, and bending for extended periods.
