Responsibilities
- Conduct nightly audits of hotel transactions, including billing, reservations, and account adjustments, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Manage front desk operations during overnight hours, providing friendly and efficient service to guests checking in or out.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and enthusiasm, fostering positive guest relations.
- Monitor security systems, CCTV footage, and access points to maintain safety and security within the hotel premises.
- Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and financial summaries to support management’s review.
- Assist with late-night phone inquiries using multi-line phone systems, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Support other departments as needed to ensure smooth 24-hour hotel operations and guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel operations, particularly in front desk or night audit roles.
- Strong knowledge of hotel management systems and night audit procedures.
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guest populations effectively.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and professional phone etiquette.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Familiarity with resort or hotel environments is preferred; previous experience working with multi-line phone systems is a plus.
