Duties
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance on building systems, machinery, and equipment to minimize downtime and extend lifespan
- Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and plumbing issues using schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals
- Oversee facilities maintenance projects including painting, carpentry, and general repairs
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing internal client needs promptly and professionally
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and facility protocols at all times
Qualifications
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance or related fields within manufacturing or residential environments
- Strong mechanical knowledge complemented by electrical experience and schematics interpretation skills
- Familiarity with maintenance scheduling and record-keeping
- Excellent communication skills in English for clear documentation and teamwork
- Knowledge of painting techniques is a plus
- Proficiency with diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters for electrical testing
- Demonstrated ability to perform troubleshooting with mechanical, electrical, or plumbing systems
