Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional first impression.
- Manage guest check-in and check-out processes efficiently using hotel management software.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with a positive attitude, ensuring satisfaction.
- Operate multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette to assist callers promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of reservations, guest information, and billing details.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are prepared and issues are resolved swiftly.
- Support night audit procedures by reconciling daily transactions and preparing reports as needed.
- Foster strong guest relations by offering personalized service and local recommendations when appropriate.
- Uphold hotel policies and procedures related to safety, security, and guest privacy.
Requirements
- Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with an energetic approach to guest interactions.
- Knowledge of hotel management systems, multi-line phone systems, and reservation software.
- Excellent communication skills with professional phone etiquette.
- Ability to handle night audit responsibilities or willingness to learn this aspect of hotel operations.
- Previous hotel experience or resort background is advantageous but not mandatory; a passion for hospitality is essential.
- Ability to stay organized, multitask efficiently, and work flexible hours including nights or weekends if required.
- Must be on time for your scheduled shifts.
Pay: $15.00 - $16.50 per hour
