Responsibilities
- Complete nightly audits and balance daily financial transactions
- Prepare audit reports for management review
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs professionally
- Answer guest inquiries and manage multi-line phone systems
- Manage reservations, cancellations, and guest requests
- Monitor hotel security and follow overnight procedures
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance as needed
Qualifications
- Previous hotel front desk or night audit experience preferred
- Knowledge of hotel systems and night audit procedures a plus
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours
