Front Desk Agent - PART TIME

Pay: From $17.25 per hour

We are currently hiring for a front desk agent position at the Hampton by Hilton Spokane Airport hotel. WEEKENDS REQUIRED. Come find out why we're one of the top hotels in Spokane! Duties:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
- Handle guest complaints or concerns with empathy and problem-solving skills
- Process payments and maintain accurate records of guest transactions
- Assist with reservations and room assignments
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area

Requirements:
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Evening availability required, open availability preferred
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in using phone systems and computer software
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
- High school diploma or equivalent
