Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Desk Agent, located in Albuquerque, NM. The Front Desk Agent will be responsible for greeting and assisting guests with check-in and check-out processes, handling reservations and phone inquiries, and addressing customer needs with professionalism. The role also includes maintaining accurate guest accounts, facilitating smooth communication with other departments, and ensuring guest satisfaction at all times.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service and Receptionist Duties experience, with a commitment to creating positive guest experiences
- Proficiency in managing Reservations and Phone Etiquette in a professional setting
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Prior experience in hospitality or front desk roles is a plus
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required; additional certifications in hospitality management are an advantage
