Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out procedures
- Manage multi-line phone systems, handle guest inquiries, and provide accurate information
- Maintain excellent phone etiquette while addressing guest needs promptly
- Coordinate reservations, cancellations, and modifications using hotel management systems
- Provide guest services including concierge assistance, local recommendations, and problem resolution
- Support night audit functions as needed, ensuring accurate financial records
- Ensure the front desk area is organized, clean, and welcoming at all times
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest requests and issues
- Uphold high standards of hospitality management and guest relations throughout all interactions
Skills
- Proven experience in hotel management or front desk operations within a resort or hospitality setting
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Multilingual abilities or bilingual proficiency to serve diverse guests effectively
- Strong knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems
